Founding Engineer (Early Stage Startup)

We’re seeking a Founding Engineer to work directly with our founders to lead the technical execution of our robotics products. In this hands-on role, you’ll engineer, prototype, and test robotic systems, manage engineering milestones, and iterate quickly to deliver a functional MVP. You’ll ensure flawless execution and play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation of the company.

What You’ll Do

• Engineer, prototype and test robotic systems to meet evolving product goals and requirements.
• Produce timely demos, documentation, wireframes, simulations and renders to communicate product development progress.
• Research and recommend suppliers, distributors, integrators, materials and components to develop and model business-relevant alternative solutions.
• Partner with founders to deliver demos, documentation and updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Recruit and mentor engineering talent as the team grows.
