Position Overview

Stealth Roofing is seeking motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and have a passion for building strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, close sales, and deliver exceptional service, helping homeowners enhance their properties with our top-notch roofing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential customers through canvassing, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations: Conduct detailed consultations and present Stealth Roofing's products, services, and warranties.

Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate estimates and close contracts efficiently.

Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads and clients to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market demands.

Documentation: Ensure proper completion of all sales agreements, contracts, and other necessary paperwork.

Requirements

Experience: Prior sales experience preferred, ideally in roofing, construction, or home improvement industries.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors and climb onto roofs when necessary.

Comfortable traveling within the Houston and League City areas.

Equipment: Reliable transportation, smartphone, and laptop or tablet.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with the potential for significant earnings based on your performance. Top performers can earn $100,000 annually.

Pay: $10.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
