HVAC or Construction Industry Experience Required

Location : South Bronx, New York (Onsite)

Compensation : $250,000 base up to $150,000 in performance-based bonuses

Overview :

An established company in the HVAC services industry seeks a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead and expand its sales operations. This role requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within service-oriented industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Salary : $150,000
