Role Overview:

We are based in New York City and we were founded & are led by a unicorn Founder, who built a company in healthcare from just him to a $5 Bn market value as CEO. He is now the CEO and Founder of another operating healthcare company, and serves as the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board for RVS companies.

RVS takes a focused and selective approach, starting a few high-potential companies each year, all of which have grown into revenue-generating businesses. As a co-founder of a new business incubated out of RVS, you will work closely with the RVS team, including the Founder. If you have the drive to lead an ambitious new company through many years to become a multi-billion dollar company and have a large impact on many, RVS offers the platform and resources to make it happen.

NewCo (tentatively Performance.AI) leverages AI and LLMs to build landing pages, campaigns, and A/B tests. It optimizes marketing by creating hundreds of landing pages, flow updates, and other A/B tests for marketers and product management teams. By analyzing the language of high performing ads and landing pages, Performance.AI shall be able to ensure that new A/B tests are set up for success.Performance.AI shall also enhance creative optimization by constantly testing and refining ad content to identify the best-performing combinations for specific audience segments. It seamlessly manages campaigns across platforms, from Google and Meta to TikTok and streaming services, unifying the marketing strategy. Performance.AI's ability to analyze real-time data ensures marketers can adapt campaigns on the fly, leading to more personalized customer journeys, higher engagement, and improved overall campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Build the initial product, in collaboration with your Co-Founder and Engineering Lead as well as the venture studio.
• Demonstrates a high tolerance for bold initiatives, such as starting new businesses, acquiring new, leading edge technologies, and investing in innovations.
• Able to build in a scrappy way, and quickly iterate based on customer feedback.
• Build small team of engineers as necessary; may rely on contractors or hired engineers, but you will effectively be the lead developer on the project from Day 1.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A unique level of passion and drive, with the ability to inspire teams and execute ambitious growth strategies.
• Ownership Mindset: Willingness to take full ownership of the product, collaborate closely with RVS & the CEO, and drive the concept to success.
• Healthcare Expertise (preferred but not required): Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in areas related to prior authorizations.
• MOST IMPORTANT: Unique level of passion & drive; able to motivate yourself and those around you to build incredible products & ensure that they are marketable.

What’s in It for You?

• Equity and Cash Compensation: While you will be a co-founder and receive significant equity, you will also be able to take a salary upon closing the first acquisition. Note that, for most, this will involve a salary cut until the operation is large enough to sustain a traditional Engineering Leader salary. We are looking for entrepreneurs who wish to take this from initial build of the product, to IPO, and beyond over the course of many years. This is a true Co-Founder position, but it is also funded from Day 1 that you would join full-time.
