Founder's Associate (Marketing, Content, and Ops)

At Stemtology, we are building the future of cell therapy and bioactive delivery with synthetic biology, intelligent design, and AI ecosystems.

Our current pipeline projects span across therapeutic and consumer applications.

We are seeking a founder's associate to take a front row seat to operate with our founder on day-to-day operations, execution, and marketing related tasks.

Looking for driven, motivated recent grad with strong interest in startups -- this is a rare chance to work alongside the founding team in a high-growth environment building novel technologies.

The ideal candidate is:

-Dedicated to growing into a leadership role within the startup space or becoming a founder one day

-Highly interested in consumer marketing, science, and longevity

-Skilled in content creation across various social platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok)

-Capable of operating with high degree of autonomy

You will:

-Work closely with the founder to manage and move forward high-priority projects

-Execute tasks on behalf of founder

-Assist with brand storytelling, campaign launches, and influencer outreach

-Create and strategize posts, reels, tiktoks ect. across brand platforms

-Learn about the startup fundraising process hands-on

We operate on three month mutual fit assessment basis. Full time return offer will come with significant equity component,
