Stealth Company] is redefining sports gaming by making it social and free to play. We’re pioneering the next generation of sports gaming with our flagship social sportsbook , featuring sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. Our mission is to give sports fans fun, dynamic, and risk-free alternatives to traditional betting.

We’re looking for a React Native Engineer to join as a Founding Engineer , playing a pivotal role in shaping our product from the ground up. You’ll collaborate closely with the founders and engineering team (ex-Meta and ex-Amazon) to build, refine, and scale our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of complex software systems by writing robust, scalable, and maintainable code. Integrate with APIs, optimize app performance, and uphold the highest quality standards through comprehensive testing and debugging.

Play a critical role in technical strategy discussions, influence key decisions, and shape product / domain architecture with deep expertise in engineering best practices.

Build front-end frameworks that empower product teams to move faster while maintaining high quality and consistency.

Create efficient and reusable front-end design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform— we’re looking for a true CSS artist .

Collaborate with other founding engineers to build and refine the mobile app—as one of the first team members, you’ll help lay the foundation for the future of our product.

Skills You Should Have

Must-Have

4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile.

Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / TypeScript , with high proficiency in React Native, Relay, and GraphQL .

Strong experience in API design, security, and performance optimization.

Experience building mobile design systems.

Proficiency with frontend testing frameworks.

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tooling.

Strong understanding of UI / UX best practices and principles.

Experience in a large technology organization or a fast-growing startup.

Nice-to-Have

Proficiency in Java (while this is primarily a frontend role, we value engineers who can work across the stack ).

Knowledge of the sports betting industry.

Previous founder experience or experience working in early-stage startups .

Compensation

Salary : $110k - $130k

Equity : 0.5% - 1%
