About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager for Product Support to join our team at Stealth Startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated logistics support, with experience in analyzing operational solutions for projects such as maintenance optimization, life-cycle support modeling, and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contractual commitments, customer specifications, and related information to determine logistics or support requirements.
- Develop and implement logistics processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective life-cycle support of product, equipment, or system manufacturing or service-related processes/procedures.
- Manage and coordinate logistics support requirements, including research details, IPS staffing needs to execute projects, and facilitate service and maintenance plans for a full range of products.
- Ensure compliance with Data Item Description (DID), Military Standards (MIL-STD), and DoD contractual requirements.
- Develop and maintain metrics, internal analysis tools, or key performance indicators for business development or project financial status.
- Conduct logistics analysis and studies, such as motion (time) studies, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), effort, and evaluate information to determine compliance with standards, processes, and regulations.
- Supervise one or more IPS team members in daily assigned tasks, including research and analysis of technical data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in integrated logistics support, with experience in analyzing operational solutions for projects such as maintenance optimization, life-cycle support modeling, and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and procedures, including contract management, configuration management, and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
