We have a flat structure that prioritizes execution over hierarchy. As an AI Engineer - Agentic Systems, you’ll design, build, and scale AI-powered autonomous agents that enable real-time decision-making, multimodal search, and intelligent recommendations.
Your Impact
- Develop and deploy intelligent agents for search, personalization, and conversational commerce
- Implement and tune LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector search
- Ensure scalable, low-latency inference for production environments
- Optimize attention mechanisms and model efficiency for high-performance AI
- Combine text, image, and structured data for enhanced search and personalization
- Design AI-driven payments optimization and seamless user commerce experiences
- Develop robust data pipelines for model training, inference, and continuous learning
- Implement logging, tracing, and analytics for AI system performance
- Work across teams to integrate AI and ML into the commerce platform
- 8 years in AI/ML, deploying production-grade models
- Expertise in training, fine-tuning, and deploying transformer-based models
- Strong background in scaling AI models using Kubernetes, Ray, or similar frameworks
- Proficiency in CUDA, TensorRT, or ONNX for efficient model execution
- Strong background in data pipelines, feature stores, and real-time AI applications
- Experience optimizing checkout, fraud detection, and personalization algorithms
- Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and cloud-based ML deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of data privacy, model security, and AI ethics
- Experience with reinforcement learning, federated learning, or agent-based AI systems
- Define and own AI agent systems in a 0-to-1 environment
- Work alongside AI researchers and industry veterans
