Job Description

In this role, you’ll design intuitive, engaging experiences that bring travelers together across the world. As one of the founding members of our design team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape not just our product, but also the way design influences our company’s future.

We’re a tight-knit, highly collaborative team that values competence, curiosity, and open-mindedness above all else. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to craft user-centric, visually compelling designs that make travel more meaningful. If you’re looking for a role where your work has real impact and you can help build something from the ground up, this is it.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile.
• Own the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality results.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to align user needs with business goals.
• Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
• Contribute to and maintain a strong design system for consistency and usability.
• Contribute to the our design culture and make a massive impact on the product

Experience and Skills

• 7 years of product design experience across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and shipped digital products.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive work forward independently.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Self-directed, proactive, and open to feedback.
• High proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Confluence, Jira, and other design tools.

Nice to Have

• Passion for travel and exploration.
• Experience with motion design, animation, or interactive prototyping.
• Background in UX research or usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
