What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quantitative Analyst position at Stealth Startup?
We're a stealth tech startup within the trading and sports betting space dedicated to discovering and capitalizing upon advantages in online gambling.
The skillset we're looking for overlaps with high-level strategy gaming and various video games.
If you've got experience performing at a high level in video games, whether it's Minecraft, StarCraft 2, Hearthstone, or any other game, no matter how irrelevant you think it sounds, we want to hear about it.
Video game experience is a bonus but not necessary.
About you:
- Based in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or willing to relocate
- Tech savvy -- significant / high level video gaming experience is a bonus
- Reliable, accountable -- you take pride in delivering results and meeting expectations
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Process-driven, methodical
- Comfortable with basic math and probabilistic reasoning (there will be probability-based questions on the interview)
- Good communication
- Prior interest in poker, sports betting, gambling, or similar is a bonus, but not necessary
- No previous relevant experience necessary
This role is:
- Hybrid remote -- requires frequent local travel within New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania, often Philadelphia
