What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Executive, you will take charge of the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to sealing the deal. Your goal will be to connect with prospective merchants, grasp their business needs, present customized solutions, and expertly navigate them through the purchasing journey. You will also collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to ensure a smooth, engaging, and beneficial experience for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating leads through outbound initiatives, inbound inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct insightful discovery calls to identify the goals, challenges, and needs of potential merchants.
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations and proposals that clearly showcase the advantages of our platform.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales, consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
- Work closely with the client success team to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
- Continuously improve the sales process by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices.
- Monitor all sales activities and performance metrics using CRM software to ensure transparency and accountability.
