Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development : Craft and execute innovative brand strategies that align with company objectives and resonate with target consumers.
Operational Leadership : Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research and consumer insights to identify trends, optimize positioning, and drive competitive advantage.
Project Management : Manage end-to-end project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for brand campaigns and operational initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and success.
Performance Metrics : Develop and monitor KPIs to measure campaign success and operational efficiency, leveraging data for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
6 years of experience in brand strategy, operations, or related roles, ideally within the CPG or health technology industries.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
