ScaleU is a recruiting agency focused on early stage, VC-backed tech startups in New York City. We specialize in helping our clients, who are typically Seed or Series A, find top tier engineers to join their teams. Base salary for someone with 3 years of experience is around $170-220k with a significant equity stake at these startups.
The ideal candidate with a mix of established Big Tech and early stage startup experience, including internships, projects, co-ops, etc. We work with different industries like AI, healthcare, defense, crypto, fintech and are primarily in-person or hybrid.

Responsibilities
- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
- Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
- Support test and deployment of new products and features
- Participate in code reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably at early stage startups
Salary : $170,000 - $220,000
