The Role
As our VP Partnership, you will start out as a “team of one” fully owning both the account management of our existing surgeon partners and the aggressive pursuit of new partnerships across current and emerging markets. Guided by the non-negotiable pillars of Independency, Sense of Urgency, and Impactful Outcomes, you will leverage your strategic vision, industry insight, and agility to consistently unlock growth opportunities. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands swift identification of prospects, meticulous nurturing of existing relationships, and proactive expansion into new territories to drive our business forward.
The Responsibilities
- Independently manage the entire supply partner lifecycle, from identifying and closing new partnerships to maintaining and optimizing current relationships.
- Define and implement market-entry strategies to penetrate emerging territories while accelerating growth in existing markets.
- Move swiftly and decisively, leveraging data and CRM analytics to guide decision-making, improve partner satisfaction, and reduce churn.
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious performance targets, delivering measurable outcomes that strengthen our bottom line.

- 8 years in Partnerships, Strategic Account Management, and Business Development within a fast-paced tech startups
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities, and pivot strategies swiftly in response to market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving impactful results, hitting aggressive growth targets, and elevating partner satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, paired with adeptness in CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
