We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Newark, Delaware office to handle workers' compensation defense cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases, including hearings and depositions.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Delaware or eligible for immediate licensure.
- 0-5 years of experience in workers' compensation, defense litigation, or related fields.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
