With offices in Euclid, Cleveland, Columbus, Fairborn, Toledo, and Cincinnati, our firm is dedicated to advocating for injured workers and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of workers' compensation claims from intake to resolution.
- Represent clients in hearings before the Industrial Commission of Ohio.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and insurance representatives.
- Advocate aggressively for injured workers to secure maximum compensation.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
- Experience handling workers’ compensation claims preferred but not required.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
