What are the responsibilities and job description for the Battle Management Software Engineer - Secret Clearance Required [31179] position at Stealth?
Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance
Required Education/Experience:
- BA/BS in Engineering/Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Required Skills:
- Advanced SW development concepts and patterns to support continued improvement and modernization of existing systems
- 5 years experience developing and maintaining SW applications in Java
- Developing secure SW with consideration of cyber and RMF requirements
- Systems/Software Engineering principles, including requirements analysis/design and testing and verification
- Developing SW in a DevSecOps environment utilizing CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Experience designing complex systems and supporting tthe migration of legacy systems/processes
- Experience working with SAFe® Agile Framework
Desired Skills:
- Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and familiarity with radar sensor tasking and track management
- Familiar with Space Situational Awareness (SSA) and the tracking of orbital objects
