The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare law and a passion for providing exceptional legal services to clients in the healthcare industry. A book of business is not required, but it is a bonus.

- Medical malpractice defense.
- Formation of healthcare entities and clinically integrated networks.

- Healthcare compliance, regulation, and fraud and abuse issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in medical malpractice defense and other healthcare litigation matters.
- Advise healthcare providers on regulatory compliance, licensing, and operational matters.
- Assist with healthcare transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements for healthcare entities.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida (or eligibility for immediate licensure).
- 2-12 years of experience in healthcare law.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and fraud and abuse laws.
- A book of business is a plus but not required.
Salary : $130,000 - $250,000
