Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of defense litigation, including case investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop case strategies.
- Manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Please stay updated on relevant legal developments and focus strongly on client service.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in New York State.
- At least 2 years of experience in defense litigation, preferably General Liability, personal injury matters, Premises Liability
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a diverse caseload and work both independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
