Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation from inception through trial, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, and briefs.
- Develop litigation strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
- Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and partners.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of litigation experience in any of the firm’s core practice areas.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience handling depositions and court hearings preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
