The Role
As a Mid-Level Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle Candidates must have experience developing software products using agile and continuous methodologies, as well as a strong business background to conduct market assessments, propose pricing and licensing models, and to manage go-to-market activities. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute product strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage and communicate the product roadmap to company stakeholders.
• Maintain transparency throughout the company as to the status and timing of releases.
• Partner with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product experiences.
• Work with external partners to define integration opportunities and establish strong relationships.

• Gather and analyze feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.
• Communicate regularly with leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in software, SaaS, or data-driven products.
• Proven track record of managing API-driven solutions, software platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, legal, sales, marketing, and customer experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to define and drive product strategy and roadmap based on market research and business objectives.
• Product experience working with software teams using agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of data structures, cloud platforms, APIs, and geospatial data to facilitate technical discussions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
