Qualifications:
● Actively Licensed to practice in the State
● Current Controlled Substance License
● Current DEA License
● NCCPA Certificate/ANCC Certificate/AANP Certificate
● Desire to work in Physiatry/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (training provided)
● Orthopedic experience preferred
● Physiatry experience (nice to have)
● Skilled Nursing experience preferred
