What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Stealth?
Responsibilities:
- Directly support the CEO, including meeting prep (e.g., partner, board, and investor meetings), report prep, strategic planning, key performance indicator drafting and tracking and budget planning and tracking
- Help initiate, track and manage cross-functional initiatives and facilitate special projects
- Help manage all inbounds to the CEO
- Help manage internal and external relationships, including with team members, partners, policy makers, advisors, collaborators, investors and customers
- Help delegate operational and other tasks to team members and consultants
- Provide additional analysis and recommendations to the CEO for all major decisions
Required:
- 3 years of operational experience (startup or consulting experience is ideal) as a leader in an organization (e.g., Head of, VP, Chief of, C-suite)
- Track record of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent people skills
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in management, finance, marketing, or accountancy
- Proficiency with Google Suite (docs, sheets and slides) and some knowledge of project management (e.g., Asana), payroll (e.g., Gusto), spending (e.g., Divvy), equity (e.g., Carta) and bookkeeping (e.g., Quickbooks) software
