Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in managing case files for personal injury, business litigation, and family law matters.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case development.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
- Assist in trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, organizing evidence, and preparing trial binders.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting, with experience in personal injury, business litigation, or family law preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
