What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patent Litigation Associate position at Stealth?
Our firm is seeking a highly motivated Patent Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our growing Intellectual Property litigation team. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation skills and a passion for working with innovative clients in the technology or life sciences sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of patent litigation, including pre-suit investigations, pleadings, discovery, depositions, expert reports, and trial preparation.
- Work closely with clients that range from startups to multinational corporations in the life sciences and tech industries.
- Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and manage case strategy and workflow.
- Collaborate with a dynamic, cross-disciplinary team of attorneys and technical advisors.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of patent litigation experience, ideally including district court or ITC proceedings.
- Substantial experience litigating technology or life sciences patents is required.
- Undergraduate degree in chemistry, biochemistry, immunology, electrical engineering, physics, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar (USPTO registration a plus but not required).

Salary : $285,000 - $375,000
