Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with investigators, medical experts, and other professionals to build strong cases.
- Provide compassionate, clear, and regular communication to clients regarding their cases.
- Strategize to achieve favorable outcomes for clients, including settlements and verdicts.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 3 years of experience in personal injury law, including litigation.
- Proven track record of handling cases independently and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
