Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely responses and updates on case progress.
- Conduct research on case law, statutes, and medical records to support case development.
- Coordinate schedules for hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines using case management software.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 years of experience in preferably in personal injury or workers’ compensation law.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting while collaborating with a statewide team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- A passion for helping injury victims and contributing to their success.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
