We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant/Administrator with experience in Salesforce customization to help us configure and streamline our Salesforce platform to support our sales process, particularly for staffing and consulting services in the AEC industry. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our Salesforce environment tracks and qualifies leads, manages the sales pipeline, and provides insightful reporting to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Customization:
- Customize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and clients effectively, with a focus on white-collar staffing services and project management consulting.
- Set up custom fields, record types, and page layouts specific to our AEC industry focus.
- Customize sales pipeline stages to reflect our sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Lead Qualification:
- Create lead qualification criteria based on the client's need for staffing or consulting services (e.g., identifying decision-makers, confirming project needs, tracking lead status).
- Implement processes to track lead rejection reasons, timelines, and future follow-up opportunities.
- Reporting and Dashboards:
- Build reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline stages, win rates, and sales revenue.
- Provide regular reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Automation:
- Set up workflow automation, tasks, and reminders for the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and next steps.
- Automate lead assignment and lead nurturing processes.
- Collaboration and Training:
- Work closely with our small team to understand our business processes and customize Salesforce accordingly.
- Provide guidance and basic training to the sales team on using Salesforce efficiently.
