We are seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney with 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will either hold an LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning or have significant experience working with high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to high-net-worth clients.
- Advise clients on tax strategies, wealth preservation, and asset protection.
- Handle estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings and fiduciary accountings.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide comprehensive planning solutions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (required).
- Minimum of 4 years of trusts and estates experience.
- LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning (preferred) or equivalent experience working with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of estate tax, gift tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax.
