We are a small startup and looking for someone to help out and take over lots of different tasks:
- Manage a recruiting team of 2-4 Junior sourcers/recruiters - (experience managing a team is preferred)
- Work directly with Founders/Hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts for a number of different clients
- 1 year managing experience
- 2 Years of Technical recruiting, Sourcing and/or Coordinating
- no recruiting experience is necessary, but it is nice to have.
Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 years of people management experience
- Familiar with HR or Recruitiner a Plus
- Strong organizational skills
- We are looking for someone for the long term, who is comfortable taking charge overseeing, managing, growing, and maintaining a complex business
- Attention to detail is a Must!
Responsibilities
- Managing a small team of Junior sourcing recruiters.
- Drive hiring across multiple startup companies
- Sense of Urgency
- Make sure we are hitting our hiring goals for each company
- Making sure our team is improving and growing
- ability to be onsite in our office in DT Mountain View 3-4 days a week.
Please note the Starting salary for this role will be $50000-55,000/Year Bonuses & Benefits
