Compensation: $280k OTE (50/50) uncapped commission (top performers earning exceptional W2s)

The Opportunity:
We are building out the Go-To-Market (GTM) function in both the US and UK, hiring 5 Account Executives across both regions. What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency space
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint in the US and UK markets
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to optimize the sales process and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to educate potential clients on their unique value proposition
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, consistently exceeding sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or Crypto.
- A track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue in a high-growth environment.
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build deep relationships with clients.
- Experience selling complex solutions with a strategic and data-driven approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.

Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
