Due to their exciting growth plans this year, they are looking for a Talent acquisition specialist / HR Operations Assistant to join the team and help them with their continued growth.

What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and team needs.
- Priority focus will be on expanding the SDR/BDR team and always be open to networking with emerging top talent in the market.
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews.
HR Operations
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and support compliance.
- Assist with benefits, reporting, and day-to-day HR functions.
What You Bring
- 3 years in recruitment or HR support roles, ideally in Cybersecurity but can be open to technology as a whole too.
- Experience hiring for SDR/BDR roles is a must.
- Familiarity with ATS systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and people-first.
- An outgoing and friendly persona, building relationships with prospective employees, and members of the team should come naturally to you.
