Due to their exciting growth plans this year, they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the team and help them with their growing customer base.

What You'll Do:
- Be the primary technical point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our clients solutions
- Troubleshoot issues across cloud platforms, endpoints, integrations, and networks
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify, report, and help resolve bugs or feature requests
- Maintain detailed documentation of support tickets and resolutions
- Help develop and refine internal knowledge base and support tools
- Provide best practices to clients to enhance cybersecurity posture
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in technical support and strong experience using SQL
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, networking, and endpoint management
- Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Microsoft 365)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash), APIs, or cybersecurity tools
