Role Overview :
As their VP of Revenue Operations , you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all revenue-generating processes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and scalability. You will be the architect of our revenue engine, leveraging data, systems, and processes to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to optimize the entire revenue funnel.
- Data-Driven Insights : Establish and oversee analytics frameworks, providing actionable insights into pipeline health, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
- Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies across sales, marketing, and customer success processes; implement scalable solutions.
- Technology Enablement : Own and optimize the tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) to drive alignment and efficiency.
- Collaboration : Serve as a trusted partner to the executive team, ensuring cross-functional alignment on revenue objectives.
