We are looking to hire hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individuals as new members of our Steam Crew.
Crew Members are the face of the restaurant responsible for providing great and friendly guest experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. You will prepare our food according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm. You will work as part of a team to meet our guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
Job Type:Full Time, Part Time
Experience:Preferred 1 year in hospitality or Front of House role. Not required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serving customers in a timely manner
- Assisting in the training of new Crew Members
- Working within a team setting to meet sales goals during a shift
- Following the company’s security and safety procedures
- Assisting with daily inventory and product management
- Arriving for the start of your shift on time and staying until all duties are complete
- Adhering to the restaurant’s quality and customer service standards
- Moving efficiently, listening to colleagues and customers, being aware of restaurant surroundings
- Learning TOAST POS system and understanding how we operate
- Being confident and unafraid to make suggestions and question current methods
- Keeping all areas of the restaurant and your own belongings (clothing) clean and tidy
