Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Clear tables and clean dining area to ensure a clean and inviting environment
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain a sanitary work area
