Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Duties:
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy
- Update and maintain files, both electronic and physical
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Generate reports and perform basic data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables
- Follow established procedures for data entry and file management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for data verification and validation
- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
- Excellent organizational skills to manage files and documents
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
