Responsibilities:
Assistant Director
- Assist the Director in managing the overall operations of the organization
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
- Oversee and coordinate various programs and activities
- Provide guidance and support to staff members
- Assist in budgeting and financial management
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community members
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and other professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Director's credential a must
VPK credentials a must
CDA Or At least an Associate in EEC a must
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of educational systems and practices
