Your Role:
As a Restoration & Makesafe Technician, you’ll play a key role in helping clients recover from property damage. Whether responding to emergency calls, performing minor structural repairs, or assisting with cleanup efforts, you’ll be at the forefront of emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency restoration and Makesafe service calls.
- Assist in water extraction, fire damage cleanup, and minor structural repairs.
- Work closely with a supportive team to restore homes and businesses.
- Maintain and operate restoration equipment efficiently.
- Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are met.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and help clients navigate the recovery process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hardworking, hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of restoration work.
- Prior handyman or restoration experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!
- A valid driver’s license (heroes need transportation!).
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency situations (24/7 availability as needed).
- Police clearance is required.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to help people in times of need.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods and handling physically demanding tasks.
