Position Summary

The Steamboat Grand Hotel is excited to add a flex year-round, full-time Health Club Attendant PM Lead in its newly remodeled, state-of-the-art health club.

This shift is from 2pm - 10pm; however, hours may vary.

Essential Duties

• Manage health club employees' breaks, schedules, and day-to-day business needs
• Manage payroll based on business levels
• Assign daily duties and side work
• Manage each shift, including employees
• Maintain all health and safety standards
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work in a high volume, high paced environment
• Ability to adhere to all safety policies
• Has the ability to learn and understand the importance of personal hygiene, safe food handling practices.
• Must possess good organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to problem-solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers.
• Ability to be a consistent role model for company's Service Excellence standards
• Ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with SSRC's Service Excellence standards.
  
  

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.

Steamboat Springs area base hourly pay range: Starting at $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

Physical Requirements

• Must be minimum 18 years of age
• Lift up to 35 lbs. to move fitness equipment
• Able to work independently, without supervision
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
