Position Summary

The Steamboat Grand is looking for people who enjoy working with others in a calm, happy and productive environment. Essential Duties

• Repair small appliances like TV's, telephones, and light fixtures.
• Preform basic plumbing including sink and shower repairs
• Basic carpentry includes drywall patching and painting.
• Electrical duties can include small component replacements and circuit trouble shooting.
• We will also teach you how to maintain our HVAC systems.
• We fix our kitchen appliances in-house.
• When problems in rooms are resolved, we turn our attention to the mechanical systems around the hotel, including our boilers, chillers, and air handlers.
• The duties listed are just a small part of what we do. We believe in continuous training.
• Other duties, as assigned.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age to apply
• Possess a valid Driver's License and meet insurability standards
• Applicant must have a good attitude with motivation to work in a team environment.
  
  

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.

Steamboat Springs area base hourly pay range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
