Job Description
Collaborate with team members to solve problems and build a positive workspace.
Respond to requests and incidents in the FreshService system for hardware, software, telecom, Active Directory, network, printing, sales points, and others as needed.
Provide technical support to employees and train non-technical workers on information systems.
Responsibilities
- Set up equipment for employee use
- Install and configure Microsoft operating systems, common applications, and customized applications
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Document work and refer major issues to vendors or technicians
Requirements
- Read, write, and communicate in English
- 2 years' experience in IT or related field
- Effective communication and guest service skills
- Basic network troubleshooting
- College degree or vocational training in IT preferred
Working Conditions
Work in cramped spaces under desks, behind computer equipment, and in wiring closets.
Use various hand tools such as screwdrivers, cable crimpers, etc.
