Business Operations Analyst

Overview :

Operate with latitude in performing complex duties related to delivery operations, contract performance, administrative and logistical tracking, compliance / operational discipline, and staffing for our Homeland Justice & Commerce portfolio of work. Provide value-added input in developing new concepts, techniques, and standards. Support Portfolio Operations and Project Management Offices responsibilities.

Contributions :

• Assume a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies to achieve the portfolios long-term goals and objectives.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team of contract, finance, operations, human resources, and delivery team members to identify, solve, implement, and supervise the improvement of business processes, procedures, and methods.
• Manage day-to-day administrative matters related to budget, technology, space, and procurement, among others.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications staff for events, messaging, and implementation of internal and external communication initiatives.
• Develop, track, and assess key performance measures across the business unit. Develop management reports. Provide relevant data for portfolio monthly and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate with Human Resources in planning and managing the staffing needs of the unit.
• Support company-wide, executive level, and external communication and presentation requests.
• May perform highly complex projects or participate as a team member on projects at the highest level of complexity.
