Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist who is either a recent college graduate or is currently enrolled in college to manage our social media accounts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and interested in gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing. As the Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in building and engaging our online community, promoting our brand, and sharing the unique experiences offered at STEAMspark. This position could be Full-Time or Part-Time.

We are seeking a Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist to help create content for our social media accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Social Media Management : Create, schedule, and post content across all our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation : Develop engaging and informative content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts, that align with our brand and mission.
- Community Engagement : Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track social media performance and provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve engagement and reach.
- Brand Promotion : Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns that highlight our programs, events, and educational philosophy.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
- Collaboration : Work closely with our marketing team and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and effective communication strategies.
