Job Description
Responsible for marketing, promoting and profitably selling services to existing and potential customers; will also make personal sales calls at customer sites on a regular basis. Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales. Customers include, but are not limited to: physicians, physician offices, outpatient surgical centers, hospitals, and other medical facilities.
Our growing business is seeking a Sales Representative to increase sales throughout the United States, for our medical and pharmaceutical billing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.
The successful candidate will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications
Must have at least 1 year of prior Sales experience or practical work experience.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Candidates must have a Driver’s License in good standing without recent infractions.
Proven ability for excellence in Sales.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Ability to act on feedback provided by showing ownership of his or her own development.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written instructions.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from members.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Additional Information
Candidates MUST have at least 1 year prior Sales experience in Medical Services, Medical Device, Orthotics, Surgical Device, or related industry experience is preferred.
We are seeking entrepreneurial candidates with existing relationships with Physicians and/or healthcare facilities in any state. Candidates must demonstrate passion for serving our doctors and growing our business. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills.
*The ideal candidate would have experience in outside Sales and existing physician and/or heathcare facility relationships.
