Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
• Conduct window tinting services as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy.
• Utilize buffing techniques to remove scratches and imperfections from vehicle surfaces.
• Manage car wash operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with detailing services.
• Maintain custodial duties within the detailing area to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Detail vehicles meticulously, focusing on every aspect from carpets to dashboards, ensuring no area is overlooked.

Skills

• Proficient in driving various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Experience in window tinting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong buffing skills with knowledge of different materials and finishes.
• Familiarity with car wash procedures and equipment operation.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail is essential; must be able to identify areas needing extra care or cleaning.
• Previous custodial experience is beneficial for maintaining cleanliness in the work environment.
