We specialize in creating tax-efficient retirement and investment solutions for executives, non-profits, healthcare institutions, and financial organizations.

We’re looking for a VP of Support who will lead our service team, drive operational efficiency, and elevate the client experience as we expand our reach.


Position Overview

The VP of Support will oversee client service operations, process optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration to ensure seamless execution of our executive benefit solutions. This role requires strategic leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and expertise in life insurance or financial services.

What You'll Do and Learn

Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Lead the service team in delivering exceptional client experiences for our LifeNote and CAPAXA™ solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, underwriters, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive client engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.

Process Optimization & Operations Management

  • Develop scalable, efficient workflows to streamline policy issuance and servicing.
  • Identify gaps in current support processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
  • Utilize Infineo.ai’s proprietary technology to enhance the speed and accuracy of service delivery.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals and implementation specialists.
  • Create a culture of proactive problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and technology teams to align support functions with company growth objectives.


Who YOU Are

  • Experienced in Life Insurance & Financial Services – Deep understanding of life insurance, retirement plans (401k, non-qualified plans), and Collateral Assignment Split-Dollar Plans.
  • A Proven Leader – Experience leading client service, operations, or implementation teams.
  • Process-Oriented & Tech-Savvy – Passion for building scalable support systems and optimizing workflows.
  • A Strong Communicator & Problem-Solver – Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve complex client needs.
  • Comfortable with Change & Innovation – Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, especially with new technologies.


Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in client service, operations, or support leadership roles.
  • Life insurance experience required; Life License is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience with implementation teams, underwriting processes, or executive benefit solutions is ideal.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, workflow automation, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
