Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Filler. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are in perfect condition
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to fulfill orders, including a handheld scanner, pallet jack, and forklift
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager
- Assist with inventory counts and audits to maintain accuracy and identify any issues
- Identify and report damaged products or discrepancies in orders
- Ensure all orders are packed according to company standards and customer requirements
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Forklift certification is an asset but not required
