Position Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing all warehouse tasks accurately and efficiently, including receiving and storing goods, organizing and maintaining inventory, and fulfilling orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, unload, and store incoming products in designated areas
• Perform quality checks on received products to ensure they meet company standards
• Organize and maintain inventory of incoming and outgoing products
• Pick and pack orders according to company standards and specifications
• Ensure accurate labeling and sealing of packages
• Prepare products for shipping by wrapping, packaging, and loading onto trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily and weekly goals
• Perform occasional deliveries and assist in loading and unloading trucks
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse setting
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools (e.g. forklift, hand truck, pallet jack)
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
