Key Responsibilities

• Formwork Construction : Build and install wooden and metal forms for concrete pours, ensuring they are structurally sound and accurately shaped according to project specifications.
• Concrete Finishing : Perform finishing tasks on concrete surfaces, including smoothing, leveling, and applying sealants as required to ensure high-quality results.
• Collaboration : Work closely with project managers and other tradespeople on site to coordinate work activities and timelines effectively.
• Material Handling : Safely handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment related to concrete construction.
• Site Safety : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on-site, participating in safety meetings and promoting a culture of safety among site personnel.
• Quality Control : Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications, making necessary adjustments and corrections as needed.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any challenges encountered during the construction process, ensuring that work proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
